Shaping Africa’s Future with Evidence, Equity, and Innovation for Impact
Who we are
The African Centre for Social and Population Research (ACSPR) is a non-profit, non-partisan research and development organization dedicated to advancing understanding of population dynamics and social change across Africa. We combine rigorous, interdisciplinary research with inclusive partnerships to generate credible evidence that drives equitable policies, strengthens communities, and delivers lasting impact.
We engage governments, academia, civil society, private sector actors, and communities to co-create solutions grounded in African realities. Our work bridges data and decision-making—translating research into action that shapes policy, improves systems, and uplifts lives.
